## Software Description

FALCON and FALCON-Unzip provide algorithms to assemble Single Molecule
Real-Time (SMRT(R)) Sequencing data into highly accurate, contiguous,
and correctly phased diploid genomes.
## General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

	module load falcon

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of falcon available.
To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

	module avail falcon
