## Software Description

FreeSurfer is a set of automated tools for reconstruction of the brain's
cortical surface from structural MRI data, and overlay of functional MRI
data onto the reconstructed surface.
## General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

	module load freesurfer

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of freesurfer available.
To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

	module avail freesurfer
