## Software Description

FSL is a library of analysis tools for FMRI, MRI and DTI brain imaging
data. It has both command line and graphical user interface.
## General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

	module load fsl

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of fsl available.
To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

	module avail fsl
