## Software Description

Guppy is a bioinformatics toolkit that enables real-time basecalling and
several post-processing features that works on Oxford Nanopore
Technologies‚ĄĘ sequencing platforms.

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

	module load guppy

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of guppy available.
To see which modules are available for loading you can run:
