## Software Description

ImageJ is a public domain utility for image processing and analysis. It
is based on Java and can be extended to create several plugins and
develop applications from its toolkit.

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

	module load imagej

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of imagej available.
To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

	module avail imagej
