## Software Description

From their website: ITK-SNAP is a software application used to segment
structures in 3D medical images, and provides semi-automatic
segmentation using active contour methods, as well as manual delineation
and image navigation.
## General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

	module load itk-snap

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of itk-snap available.
To see which modules are available for loading you can run:
