## Software Description

A portable and easily configurable genome annotation pipeline. It\'s
purpose is to allow smaller eukaryotic and prokaryotic genome projects
to independently annotate their genomes and to create genome databases.

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

	module load maker

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of maker available.
