## Software Description

NanoSV is a software package that can be used to identify structural
genomic variations in long-read sequencing data, such as data produced
by Oxford Nanopore Technologies' MinION, GridION or PromethION
instruments, or Pacific Biosciences RSII or Sequel sequencers.
## General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

	module load nanosv

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of nanosv available.
To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

	module avail nanosv
