## Software Description

PANDASEQ is a program to align Illumina reads, optionally with PCR
primers embedded in the sequence, and reconstruct an overlapping
sequence. The project is hosted

## General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

	module load pandaseq

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of pandaseq available.
To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

	module avail pandaseq
