## Software Description

The PHENIX software suite is a highly automated system for
macromolecular structure determination that can rapidly arrive at an
initial partial model of a structure without significant human
intervention, given moderate resolution and good quality data.
## General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

	module load phenix

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of phenix available.
To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

	module avail phenix
