## Software Description

QIIME (canonically pronounced 'Chime') is a pipeline for performing
microbial community analysis that integrates many third party tools
which have become standard in the field.

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of qiime available.
To see which modules are available for loading you can run:
