## Software Description

RMBlast is a RepeatMasker compatible version of the standard NCBI BLAST+
suite. The primary difference between this distribution and the NCBI
distribution is the addition of a new program \"rmblastn\" for use with
RepeatMasker and RepeatModeler.
## General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

	module load rmblast

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of rmblast available.
To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

	module avail rmblast
