## Software Description

RNAmmer is software for predicting ribosomal RNA in full gene sequences.
To use this program at MSI, please send a a request to
<help@msi.umn.edu> and ask to be added to the RNAmmer group. The use of
RNAmmer at MSI is limited to academic researchers.
## General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

	module load rnammer

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of rnammer available.
To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

	module avail rnammer
## Licensing Info

If you encounter the error: `rnammer: Command not found` or something
similar, you are probably not part of the RNAmmer group. Please contact
[help@msi.umn.edu](mailto:help@msi.umn.edu?subject=software%20access%3A%20RNAmmer)
with a request to be added.
