## Software Description

The 454/Roche Genome Sequencer FLX System software contains tools for
data processing and analysis associated with GS FLX instrument. It
contains:

- GS *De Novo* Assembler Software
- GS Reference Mapper Software
- GS Amplicon Variant Analyzer Software
- GS Run Browser Software
## General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

	module load 454

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of 454 available.
