## Software Description

Slicer, or 3D Slicer, is a free, open source software package for
visualization and image analysis. It includes tools for segmentation,
rendering, registration of MRI, CT, US, nuclear medicine, and microscopy
images.
## General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

	module load slicer3d

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of slicer3d available.
To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

	module avail slicer3d
