## Software Description

TMHMM is software for the prediction of transmembrane helices in
proteins.
## General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

	module load tmhmm

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of tmhmm available.
To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

	module avail tmhmm
## Licensing Info

To use this program at MSI, please send a a request to help@msi.umn.edu and ask to be added to the TMHMM group. The use of TMHMM at MSI is limited to academic researchers.

If you encounter the error: "tmhmm: Command not found" or something similar, you are probably not part of the TMHMM group. Please contact help@msi.umn.edu with a request to be added.
