Software Description

Graphviz is a free and open source graphing application. It takes the description of graphs in text format and creates images, so that it can be embedded in presentations, papers etc. Graphviz is installed as a system package. Hence, you do not need to load any module.

General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

module load graphviz

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of graphviz available. To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

module avail graphviz
