Software Description

LIBSVM is an integrated software for support vector classification, (C-SVC, nu-SVC), regression (epsilon-SVR, nu-SVR) and distribution estimation (one-class SVM). It supports multi-class classification.

General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

module load libsvm

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of libsvm available. To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

module avail libsvm
