Software Description

From the NCO website: “The netCDF Operators, or NCO, are a suite of file operators which facilitate manipulation and analysis of self-describing data stored in the (freely available) netCDF and HDF formats.”

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

module load nco

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of nco available. To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

module avail nco
