Software Description

Quake is a package to correct substitution sequencing errors in experiments with deep coverage (e.g. >15X), specifically intended for Illumina sequencing reads.

General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

module load quake

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of quake available. To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

module avail quake
