Software Description

tmux is a terminal multiplexer: it enables a number of terminals to be created, accessed, and controlled from a single screen. tmux may be detached from a screen and continue running in the background, then later reattached.

General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

module load tmux

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of tmux available. To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

module avail tmux
