Software Description

FreeSurfer is a set of automated tools for reconstruction of the brain’s cortical surface from structural MRI data, and overlay of functional MRI data onto the reconstructed surface.

General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

module load freesurfer

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of freesurfer available. To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

module avail freesurfer
