Software Description

Keras is a high-level neural networks API, written in Python and capable of running on top of a variety of frameworks including Tensorflow, Theano, and CNTK. Our Keras module at MSI runs on Tensorflow.

General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

module load keras

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of keras available. To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

module avail keras
