Software Description

Slicer, or 3D Slicer, is a free, open source software package for visualization and image analysis. It includes tools for segmentation, rendering, registration of MRI, CT, US, nuclear medicine, and microscopy images.

General Linux

To load this module for use in a Linux environment, you can run the command:

module load slicer3d

Depending on where you are working, there may be more than one version of slicer3d available. To see which modules are available for loading you can run:

module avail slicer3d
